Job Description

We're looking for an experienced roof plumbing subcontractor who takes pride in their trade and has an eye for detail. You'll work across a steady pipeline of residential jobs, roof leaks, re-roofing, gutter and downpipe replacement, flashings, box gutters and storm-damage repairs. Every job is different, and we value subbies who turn up on time, communicate well, and leave the site clean and the customer happy.
Key responsibilities n
n
Installation, maintenance and repairs on metal roofing systems
n
Gutter, downpipe, flashing and box gutter repair and replacement
n
Diagnosing and repairing roof leaks and storm damage
n
Working from job details, site drawings and specs where required
n
Managing your own material orders and deliveries to hit job timelines
n
Working strictly to Work Health & Safety requirements, including working at heights
n




Documenting completed work with photos and progress reports
n
Coordinating with our team and other trades, and upholding our reputation for quality
n
About you n
n
Proven roof plumbing experience (5+ years preferred)
n
Your own ABN and current Public Liability insurance
n
Reliable vehicle and your own tools
n
Solid understanding of Australian Standards and WHS practices
n
White Card and Working at Heights certification
n
Driver's license
n
Solid communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
n
Able to work independently and as part of a crew
n
Prompt payment and explicit job scheduling
n
A qualified, well-organised team that respects your time
