Neami National is seeking a Clinician to join the Mental Health Care Partners Program in Strathpine, QLD. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering assessment, care planning, therapeutic support and care coordination to people experiencing mental health challenges.

Working with GPs, Peer Workers and community supports, you will provide recovery‐oriented, person‐centred care to help clients improve wellbeing, access services and reach their recovery goals.
