Brotherhood of St Laurence in Frankston, VIC is seeking an experienced Care Partner to deliver high‐quality, person‐centred support within the Support at Home program. You will work closely with participants, families, carers and providers to help them live independently and safely, guided by their goals and a strengths‐based approach.

Salary: $93, – $100, per year, plus 12% superannuation. This is a 12‐month maximum‐term contract with adaptable working arrangements, salary packaging
