Job Description
Perigon Group is seeking a Site HR Manager – Mining to lead all HR matters onsite at the Emerald mine site. You will be the primary People & Culture contact for about 250 employees, operating hands-on as the sole onsite HR representative and bridging between the departing incumbent and the permanent hire.

This 4–6 week temporary assignment requires solid generalist expertise in mining, with experience navigating site awards and EBAs, providing ER support, and engaging crews and site leadership.
