Compensation – $110,000 to $130,000 full time rate annually (subject to experience)

About the Role

n

We're looking for an experienced Blast & Paint Supervisor to lead our team in Henderson, WA, supporting the ASC West Project, with flexibility to work shift patterns. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes safely, on time, and in full compliance with contract and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of field-based painters/blasters
n




- Drive Eptec'sZero Harmsafety culture across all works
n
- Oversee project delivery including task planning, risk assessments, and quality control
n
- Ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet compliance and quality benchmarks
n
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
n
- Champion continuous improvement and professional growth within your team
n

n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- 2–3+ years' experience supervising blast & paint
n
- Ability to work safely in confined spaces, including accessing areas within submarines
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Technical expertise in surface prep, coating systems, hazardous substances and QA/QC
n
- NACE Level 2 (preferred but not essential)
n
- Background in defence or infrastructure remediation highly desirable
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing site documentation
n
