Job Description

Synergie Australia is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support national accounts from Northgate, QLD. The role offers a 3-month temporary assignment with potential for permanent employment, Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, and a pay rate of AUD 35–40 per hour plus super.

You will handle customer enquiries across multiple channels, manage bookings, and maintain accurate records while meeting KPI targets and delivering exceptional service.
