- Load and unload plant, machinery and equipment

- Assist with customer collections and returns

- Conduct basic visual inspections and report damage or maintenance requirements

- Safely move and organise equipment throughout the yard

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe depot environment

- Assist workshop and operations teams when required
n
- Check equipment and accessories against hire requirements
n
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
n
- Follow WHS procedures and safe work practices
n
- Complete general yard, depot and housekeeping duties

Yard Hand / Depot Assistant

The Role

n

- Prepare, clean and organise equipment
n
- Load and unload plant, machinery and equipment
n
- Assist with customer collections and returns
n
- Conduct basic visual inspections and report damage or maintenance requirements
n
- Safely move and organise equipment throughout the yard
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe depot environment
n
- Assist workshop and operations teams when required

- Check equipment and accessories against hire requirements

- Provide friendly and professional customer service

- Follow WHS procedures and secure work practices
n
- Complete general yard, depot and housekeeping duties

Preferred Requirements

n

n
- Current Australian driver's licence
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
n
- Reliable, punctual and willing to assist wherever required
n
- Strong safety awareness
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n




- Previous experience in construction, warehousing, mechanical or trade environments is advantageous
n
- Forklift licence, White Card or EWP ticket would be highly regarded
n
