Job Description

Teuila is seeking an organised and caring SIL House Coordinator to keep one of our Supported Independent Living homes running smoothly. The home supports participants with complex behaviour support needs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You will be the day-to-day coordinator on the floor, ensuring routines, checklists and support plans happen on every shift, while also working on the floor and being the first point of contact for the team, participants and families.
