JML Joinery Group Pty Ltd is an Australian company delivering high-quality, custom joinery and construction solutions. From detailed residential kitchen cabinets and vanities to commercial bar counters and custom fitouts, we take on projects that require precision and a keen eye for detail. We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team in Seven Hills.

You will be stepping into a dynamic role where craftsmanship matters. You will be working on both workshop fabrication and on-site installations across the Sydney area, bringing highly detailed 3D designs and plans to life.

Responsibilities for the role include:

n

- 1. Read and interpret detailed CAD drawings and architectural plans.
n
- 2. Construct and assemble custom joinery, including kitchen cabinetry, TV units, and commercial counters,



including selecting and ordering relevant materials.
n
- 3. Perform high-quality in office installations, ensuring precise fits and exceptional finishes.
n
- 4. Collaborate efficiently with management, drafters, and other on-site trades.
n
- 5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

To apply for the role, you must have the following:

n

- Relevant Cert IV qualification OR Cert III with 2 years' experience
n
- At least 1 year of work experience as a Carpenter is required
n
- Strong understanding of up-to-date hardware (e.g., Blum systems, zero-protrusion hinges) and materials.
n
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a reliable work ethic.
n
- Must possess your own standard set of trade tools.
n
- A valid NSW White Card, a current driver's license, and reliable transport.
n

The salary for the role is $80,000.
