Increw Group Solutionsis seeking experiencedCrane Operators and Riggers for ongoing shutdown, maintenance and ad hoc work across various mine sites throughout Central Queensland and the Bowen Basin.

Key Responsibilities Include

n

n
- Safely and efficiently operate cranes during shutdown and routine maintenance activities.
n
- Set up, assemble and dismantle rigging equipment in accordance with site requirements and safety standards.
n
- Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project timelines and maintain a strong safety focus.
n




- Participate in site inductions and comply with all site-specific procedures and protocols.
n
- Maintain a high standard of safety, housekeeping and professionalism at all times.
n

Flexibility with roster options to suit your lifestyle is available, including 5/2 Monday to Friday, 8/6, 10/5, 7/7, and 19/9 patterns, providing the ability to select a roster that best fits your needs.

About You

n

We are looking for experienced, safety-focused Crane Operators and Riggers with experience in the mining sectors.

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Relevant crane operating and/or rigging experience
n
- Current and relevant licences, tickets and competencies
n
- Previous mining experience.
n
- Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 required
n
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Flexibility to work across shutdowns, maintenance and ad hoc projects
n
- A qualified attitude and strong work ethic
n
- 12 months mine site experience preferred but not essential
n
