Uniting AgeWell Hawthorn is seeking passionate Personal Care Workers to join our dedicated team, delivering high‐quality, person‐centred care to residents in line with individual care plans. You will work in a multidisciplinary team, support nursing staff, manage complex needs including dementia and palliative care, and contribute to a supportive, values‐based workplace.
