Job Description

Toll Recruit are currently seeking a Compliance Support Officer in Heathwood, QLD. Our client is a leading e-commerce business that distributes major brands of electronics, fashion and homewares (Speciality Retail).

Experience with MHE fleet support is highly regarded, as the site runs with 60 long-term rental machines with a combination of HLOP, HR and CB forklifts and Floor level EPJs.

n

This is a casual position currently offering shifts Monday to Thursday, 9am-3pm.

n

Candidates must successfully complete onboarding and pre-employment checks including a police check. This position is available for an immediate start.

Duties

n

n
- Liaise with Linde Service in office to log and track service jobs
n
- MHE fleet support including tag out and return to service control, machine charging & parking compliance
n
- Inspections and other MHE compliance tasks as required
n
- Pallet control; monthly counts, on/off pallet processing (Chep & Loscam)
n




- Operations consumables ordering and control - as required
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Compliance / Admin experience preferred (document / data)
n
- MHE licence advantageous (HR/CB)
n
- Computer literate and proficient using MS Office application (Word, Excel and Outlook)
n
- Previous pallet control experience (highly regarded)
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
