What you'll do

n

As the Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor for our Landcare team, you'll:

n

n
- Support a crew day to day, delivering landscaping and garden maintenance across Geelong.
n
- Deliver high-quality grounds and garden maintenance services including hand mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding and herbicide spraying.
n
- Take a leading role in a safe, supportive and fun team environment.
n

What you'll bring

- Solid experience in landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance or similar.
n
- An enthusiasm for working alongside people with disability.
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
n




- Team-oriented with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
n
- A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
n
- AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
n

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
