The Stair Factory in Sydney, Australia is expanding from timber into metal staircase manufacturing. We are seeking an experienced Welder / Metal Staircase Team Leader to build and lead the recent metal division from the ground up.

You will oversee manufacturing and welding of metal staircases, read drawings, set up processes, train a growing team, and work closely with management to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery. This is a long-term leadership role.
