Victorian Hospitals' Industrial Association (VHIA) is seeking a Workplace Relations Advisor to provide industrial relations guidance to members and support stakeholders across the Victorian health sector.
The role is full time with a hybrid arrangement (two days in the Footscray office, three days from home). You will manage member inquiries, coordinate enterprise bargaining processes and provide high-level administration support to staff and members.
