Nyrstar Hobart is seeking an IT Support/Helpdesk specialist to join the Business Systems Team. You will provide high level customer service and guidance for deploying and maintaining computer infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving issues across the plant.

Your day-to-day includes support, education and guidance in IT deployment, maintenance and problem resolution, including end user assistance, AD/Exchange management and ITSM processes.
