Energy Architecture / Energy Building Group is seekingeither Building Designer or Draftsperson to join our exciting team. This vibrant CBD practice is looking for someone to be a part of their team-oriented teamwith the ability and desire to work on both commercial and residential projects, this job will also require you to provide construction support and site coordination as needed.
n
This role is based at our physical office and involves onsite work that cannot be performed remotely.
n
The desirable qualities of the successful candidate
n
Great communication skills, with the ability to liaise with authorities, clients and consultants.
n
Manage clients throughout the process and deliver final design solutions
n
Work with government agencies to deliver small and large scale projects
n
Solid knowledge of construction & Australian Standards
n
Strong design and technical acumen




n
Capable of working autonomously and also within a team
n
Designing and documenting projects from start to finish, on time and on budget.
n
