Job Description
Doutta Galla Aged Services – Queens Park in Moonee Ponds is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to lead resident‐focused clinical care, care planning and regular assessments.
n
Reporting to the Resident Services Manager, this full‐time role supports RNs/ENs, drives best practices, ensures mandatory reporting, AN‐ACC activities and palliative care standards while upholding dignity and independence for residents. AHPRA RN registration is required.
