Job Description

As Bar Manager, you'll take ownership of the daily operation of Bar Capri, leading one of Noosa's busiest premium cocktail venues while working alongside the award-winning team at Cibaria and Maestro Hospitality.
n
You'll lead a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff, creating an environment where exceptional service, robust leadership and genuine hospitality are at the centre of everything you do.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for:

Leading one of Queensland's busiest premium cocktail bars.
n
Inspiring, mentoring and developing a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff.
n
Driving exceptional guest experiences through every service.
n
Managing labour, beverage costs, stock control and financial performance.
n
Developing seasonal cocktail menus and cutting-edge beverage offerings.
n
Working closely with our Head Sommelier and leadership team at Cibaria.
n
Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation and operational excellence.
