Coolum Beach | Casual | Approximately 30 hours per week (full time possible) | $45–$50 per hour

Uniform Hero creates custom uniforms and branded apparel for businesses, sporting clubs and community groups. We're looking for a customer service person who enjoys solving problems, notices the details and follows through on what they promise.

You'll be based at our Coolum Industrial Park premises, working closely with our small production team. This is a fast paced, hands-on role: you'll answer enquiries, help customers choose products, prepare quotes, guide orders through the process and keep people updated along the way. When artwork, sizing or deadlines get tricky, you'll help find a practical solution.

We're growing fast so full time prospect is available as well as scope for promotion.

You'll be great at this if you:

- Communicate clearly and warmly by phone and email
n
- Can manage several customer conversations without losing the details
n
- Take ownership of an enquiry through to a finished order
n
- Are comfortable learning products, systems and production processes
n
- Enjoy helping people and take pride in getting things right
n
- Have excellent work ethic and good at multi-tasking
n
- Experience in custom apparel, printing, workwear or sport would be useful, but strong customer service experience and good judgement matter more.

The role is casual, approximately 30 hours per week, at $45–$50 per hour + super. You'll join a growing local business where your work has a direct impact on the customer experience.
