Job Description

Universal Store is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to lead weekly payroll across 2,000+ team members, ensuring accurate processing and compliance. You will report to the Payroll Manager and partner with Leaders in Retail, People & Culture and Finance to optimise payroll operations.

You will mentor junior staff, drive continuous improvements and support complex queries to deliver a seamless, people-focused payroll experience across the group.
