- Previous experience in the same or similar role

- A track record of operational and business success

- Supporting your team in delivering world-class service to guests

- Experience in high volume bar and restaurant trade
n
- Developing the teams through coaching, feedback, and consistent training.

- Overseeing service and ensuring process and procedures in standards and compliance are followed
n
- Managing costs to meet the company's financial goals without compromising service and our teams

- A relentless drive for excellence and the determination to uphold and set consistently high standards
