Responsibilities

- Set the Standard: Ensure visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.

- Manage Rosters: Create and manage efficient schedules to meet business needs while supporting work-life balance.

- Sales & Budget Accountability: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets and budgets are met.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and compliance with company policies.

- Strategic Planning: Analyze store performance and implement action plans to maximize profitability.
