The role

n

We're looking for an experiencedAlteryx Support Analyst to join a data and analytics environment supporting business-critical Alteryx workflows, applications and users.

n

This is a hands-on support role focused on keeping the Alteryx environment running effectively, troubleshooting workflow and platform issues, supporting users, and working with technical teams to resolve incidents and improve platform stability.

n

You'll suit this role if you have strongAlteryx technical knowledge, enjoy problem-solving, and can work directly with both technical teams and business users.

What you'll do

n

n
- Provide day-to-day technical support across theAlteryx platform and associated workflows.
n
- Investigate and resolve workflow failures, scheduling issues, data connectivity problems and platform incidents.
n
- SupportAlteryx Designer and Alteryx Server/Gallery users.
n
- Monitor scheduled workflows and proactively identify recurring failures or performance issues.
n
- Troubleshoot data sources, database connections, permissions and authentication issues.
n
- Work with developers, data teams and business users to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
n
- Support deployment and migration of Alteryx workflows between environments.
n




- Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles and troubleshooting procedures.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, support processes and workflow performance.
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Commercial experience supporting or developing solutions usingAlteryx.
n
- Hands-on experience withAlteryx Designer and ideallyAlteryx Server / Gallery.
n
- Strong troubleshooting skills across workflows, scheduling, data connections and platform issues.
n
- Good understanding ofSQL and relational databases.
n
- Experience working with enterprise data sources and APIs is beneficial.
n
- Exposure to ITSM processes and tools such asServiceNow or Jira.
n
- Ability to investigate technical issues independently and communicate solutions clearly to users.
n
- Experience within a large enterprise, financial services or regulated environment would be advantageous.
n

Nice to have

- Alteryx certification.
n
- Power BI or broader BI/reporting experience.
n
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud data platforms.
n
- Experience with platform administration, upgrades or environment monitoring.
n
