This entry-level role is an opportunity to contribute your customer service and administration experience to a respected national organisation. Reporting to the Education and Alliance Executive, you will manage day-to-day membership enquiries and processes, support member engagement and retention, maintain accurate records, and provide general administrative support across the team. Role-specific training on AIRAH's systems, processes and industry context will be provided.

Key responsibilities
n
Manage membership enquiries by phone and email, providing timely, accurate and professional service.
n
Process membership applications, renewals, cancellations and updates to member details.
n
Proactively follow up prospective and renewing members and support member retention activities.
n
Maintain accurate membership and customer relationship management records and identify data quality issues.
n
Prepare membership invoices, reports, communications and supporting documents.
n
Assist with member engagement activities and membership-related projects.
n
Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, filing, meeting coordination and shared inbox management.
n
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve membership processes and the member experience.
n
About you
n
Previous experience in membership services, customer service, administration or a similar role.
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence handling enquiries by phone and email.
n
Demonstrated organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Experience maintaining accurate records and working with databases or customer relationship management systems.
n
Sound skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
n
A willingness to learn AIRAH's systems, processes and industry context; role-specific training will be provided.
