Essential Experience and Qualifications

n

n
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Team Leader in landscape construction or a related field
n
- Qualification in Landscape Construction, Landscaping or Horticulture are highly regarded.
n
- Practical experience across a range of landscape construction activities
n
- Proven ability to lead and support a small crew while working hands-on
n
- Ability to plan daily tasks, coordinate materials and meet project deadlines
n
- Strong communication,



organisation and problem-solving skills
n
- A professional and positive approach with clients and staff
n
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
n
- Valid manual driver's licence
n
- OHS Construction Induction - White Card
n
- Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check, Police Check and Medical Assessment before starting
n

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and support a small landscape construction crew across daily projects, allocating tasks and coordinating on-site activities
n
- Complete planting, mulching and garden bed installations across landscaped areas
n
- Coordinate and assist with irrigation installations, pipework, connections and basic system adjustments
n
- Oversee and undertake concreting, paving and steel edging works to create quality landscape finishes
n
- Lead and assist with rock work, retaining walls, feature builds, garden structures and general landscape construction projects
n
- Organise site preparation, materials, tools and equipment, working alongside trades and crew members
n
- Carry out general landscaping, maintenance and site improvement works as required
n
- Complete daily site reports and maintain accurate project documentation
n
- Communicate professionally with clients, site contacts and Greenworx management
n
- Ensure work areas remain clean, safe and organised, maintaining vehicles and equipment to company standards
n
