We're representing a national infrastructure delivery firm seeking a Contract Administratorwith a front-end, pre-contracts focus. This role is embedded in early planning and procurement phases — where you'll shape the commercial foundation before boots hit the ground.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

- Leading contract administration during early project planning and procurement stages
n
- Reviewing tender submissions, scopes of work, and pre-contract documentation
n
- Supporting bid teams and commercial managers in the negotiation and execution of contracts
n
- Conducting checks and balances across contract inclusions, exclusions, and risk allocations
n
- Managing head contract obligations and supporting variation tracking from Day One
n
- Working closely with legal, project,



and estimating teams to align documentation with delivery intent
n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- Experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally with exposure to front-end or pre-contract phases
n
- Strong understanding of infrastructure contract types (GC21, AS4000, PPP, or similar)
n
- Ability to interpret scope documents and contracts, flagging inconsistencies early
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — from estimators to legal advisors
n
- A detail-oriented mindset and comfort working under tight timelines in the planning phase
n
- Qualifications in Construction Management, Law, Engineering, or similar
n
