About the role

n

As a Feed Mill Weighbridge Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the weighbridge and ensuring accurate receipting and dispatch of product and materials. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Operating the weighbridge to accurately record inbound and outbound vehicle weights
n
- Processing deliveries and dispatch paperwork (dockets, weigh tickets, basic admin)
n




- Entering and maintaining accurate records in site systems
n
- Coordinating with drivers, production, and site teams to manage vehicle flow and scheduling
n
- Ensuring compliance with site procedures, food safety and WHS requirements
n
- Monitoring and reporting any weighbridge or system issues to supervisors
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised weighbridge/work area
n
- Supporting general site administration as required
n

About you

n

You're a proactive, reliable team member who is comfortable working in a busy site environment and can maintain accuracy under pressure. You'll bring:

n

n
- Experience in a weighbridge, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment (advantageous)
n
- Good computer skills and confidence using systems for data entry and admin tasks
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Transparent communication skills and a customer-service approach with drivers and site teams
n
- Commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
