Sephora Sydney CBD is seeking a Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead a high-performing store team in a quick-paced, premium retail environment. This full time, in office role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, coaching staff, and achieving sales KPIs across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.
