Khans Supermarket Group is seeking an experienced multi-site retail leader to take charge of operations across our network. You will lead Store Managers, lift performance and standards, and drive sustainable sales growth and profitability while travelling between sites.
You will report directly to the Directors and partner with Buying and HR to ensure promotions, training and retention. A solid background in supermarket or FMCG retail and 5+ years of multi-site leadership is essential.
