What are we looking for?

n

We are seeking experienced and resilient Support Workers in the Bligh Park area to provide dedicated care for a client with complex behavioural needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating challenging behaviours, utilising non-restrictive strategies, be active and enjoy physical activities, and be willing to spend time building rapport and a trusting skilled relationship with the client.

Experience with behavioural support is a must!

n

Desirable experience and qualifications include:

n

n
- Supporting children diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, or similar
n
- Certificate 3 or higher in disability care or similar
n
- Supporting clients who may abscond or, at times of escalation, may be aggressive
n

n

Must have the following documents:

n

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
n
- Full First Aid
n




- Working with Children Check
n

n

Monday, Thursday, and possibly Friday - 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm (days can be flexible for the right candidate)
