Key Responsibilities

- Build and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
n
- Independently source, assess and interview candidates, matching skills and aspirations to the right roles
n
- Negotiate offers and terms to secure successful placements
n




- Identify and win recent business, expanding the client portfolio and driving revenue growth
n
- Manage recruitment projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines and ensuring a great candidate and client experience
n
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM and report regularly on progress
n
- Uphold high standards of compliance and best practice across every placement
n

About You

n

- Proven experience in recruitment or a related client/candidate-facing field, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
n
- Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
n
- Confident using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
n
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine commitment to service excellence
n
