Join the team at Poulos Bros Seafoods as a full-time Fish Process Worker based in Morningside, QLD. In this hands-on role, your main responsibility will be the task of trimming fish.

Key responsibilities

- Filleting, skinning, trimming and portioning a variety of fish
n
- Preparing seafood to customer specifications
n
- Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
n
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
n
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
n
- Working efficiently as part of the production team
n

- Confident knife skills and good product knowledge
n
- Reliable, punctual and efficient
n
- Strong attention to quality and detail
n
- Able to work in a fast-paced wholesale environment
n
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
n
- Excellent work hours with Monday to Friday schedule
n
- No midnight starts
n
