MSP Photography Murray River Region is a Moama-based school photography business, specialising in creating smiles and preserving the moments that matter for families. Our award-winning team is expanding, and we're seeking enthusiastic full-time and casual staff to join us for the 2027 season and beyond.

No photography experience is required — we provide full training and professional equipment. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and are keen to learn, we'll teach you the skills needed to take great photographs.

About You

n

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to roll with the unpredictability of school photo days: no two are ever the same. Photography experience isn't required, as we provide full training and value learning our approach from the ground up.

n

What matters most is a genuine enjoyment of working with children of all ages, a positive attitude, and a sense of fun. You'll also need to be comfortable travelling for work, including overnight stays, and hold a current Australian driver's licence.

About the Role

n

n
- You'll begin training as a portrait photographer, heading out on the road with our close-knit team. The role involves extensive travel across the Murray River Region, from Mildura to Alexandra, Albury to Ouyen and everywhere in between.

- Our busy season consists of early mornings, nights away from home and a new working environment every day. When not on the road, you'll spend time in our Moama office, assisting with image editing, customer service and data processing.
n
- The role involves both independent work and days spent working as part of a photography team.
n
- Aspects of the job can be physical – applicants should be able to lift, load and carry photographic equipment.
n
- Opportunities for growth and training as a photography team leader are available to the right candidates.

Required Skills and Experience

n

n
- Sound computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
n
- Must have, or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check in both NSW and VIC
n
- Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Adobe experience viewed favourably, but isn't essential
n
- No photographic experience required
n

Interviews will be conducted during the week of 5th October, with the successful candidates commencing work in late January of 2027. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
