An exciting opportunity for Front office superstar for the Bell Captain (Porter & Valet Attendants Supervisor) has just become available. This role is vital to the first impressions of the hotel. As a Bell Captain, your responsibilities includes but not limited to:

n

Meeting and greeting all guests at most courteous and efficient service

n

Have a detailed knowledge of what's on in Sydney and its surrounds including transport and movements

n





Promote facilities and venues to generate additional spend towards hotel's total revenue targets

n

Live and breathe our brand standards, be the ambassador for our LQA (Leading Quality Assurance)

n

A problem solver with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities

n

Flexibility to work rotation roster including weekend and public holidays

n

About you:

n

At least 1 year of experienceas Supervisor in Front Office in 4 to 5 star hotel

n

Full NSW Drivers Licence

n

Have full time work right in Australia

n

Ability to work rotating roster including evening shifts, weekend and Public Holidays

n

Part Time opportunity:

n

We are open to discuss Part Time Chance (22.5 hrs to 30 hrs/week) for the right candidate.
