The Spa at Chateau Elan is one of Australia's largest and most luxurious private spa facilities, located in the heart of the beautiful Hunter Valley! We focus on providing relaxing therapies that encourage our guests to ease their mind, body & soul with a range of spa rituals and beauty treatments. Our guests have access tooutstanding Spa facilities, including cool and warm mineral spas, detox boxes and the option to enjoy local wine & cheese plates while enjoying the views of The Vintage Golf Course.

We are here to ensure our guests receive a five star service that not only meet their expectations, but exceed them! We will provide training to ensure you align with our high end standards, plus up skill you in all areas of massage, beauty & skin. We have recently redesigned our Spa Menu to include Advanced Skin Treatments which will give you the opportunity of mixing up your week by building regular guests through our Spa Membership program and regular resident clientele.

We are currently seekingqualified and dedicated, Spa Therapiststo join our agile, friendly and positive team at The Spa at Chateau Elan, on a casual basis. We are looking to grow and provide therapists with the opportunity to become thebest of the best.

The successful applicant must possess the following skills andattributes:

n

Have a love for all things Spa & Massage!

n

Embody a positive work ethic and can-do attitude.



We embody a 'One Team' Work culture, so you must be able to display there traits consistently!

n

Experience in retail sales and working towards KPI's/targets;

n

A five star customer service philosophy;

n

Flexibility to work a roster including weekends; and

n

Experience using SpaOne booking system is preferred, but not essential.

n

Previous experience in the following would be an advantage:

n

Massage / Facials / Skin Consultations / Advanced Skin Treatments such as Microdermabrasion, LED Light Therapy, Skin Peels, Body Treatments, Hot stone/pregnancy Massage / Spray Tans

n

Applicantswill also meet the following essential criteria:

n

Current NSW driver's license and own reliable transport;

n

Cert IV/Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Massage Therapy; and

n

A valid RSA Competency Card, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
