Urgent Support Worker / Independents for Immediate start

n

This role involves hands-on disability support, including personal care, hoisting and transfers, mobility assistance, medication support, daily living assistance and community access.

n

Key responsibilities

Hoisting and transfers

Mobility assistance

n

Medication support

n

Daily living assistance

n

Community access support

n

About you

n

Current Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

n

Current Blue Card / Working with Children Clearance

n

Proven hoisting and transfer experience

n

Manual handling and mobility support experience

n

Positive health literacy and ability to follow health and medication plans

n

Current First Aid and CPR

n

Current driver's licence

n

Reliable transport

n

Strong communication and documentation skills

n

Independent Support Workers must have a current ABN and appropriate insurance
