Job Description
Pullman & Mercure King George Square is seeking an experienced Kitchen Steward to join our culinary team at Brisbane's central hotel. You will help keep kitchens organised, clean and ready to deliver to guests, reporting to the Executive Chef.

Key duties include dishwashing, hand-washing pots, maintaining cleanliness of F&B; outlets, protected food handling, and ensuring floors and benches are tidy for service. Ability to work versatile shifts is essential.
