Job Description
YMCA of Queensland seeks an HR System Project Manager to deliver a Payroll/HRIS implementation on a fixed-term 18‐month contract in Fortitude Valley. You will lead end-to-end system deployment, oversee data migration and integrations, and drive change across payroll, P&C;, and IT with vendors and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will ensure system fit-for-purpose, adoption, and alignment with workforce needs, while maintaining data confidentiality and security.
