Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort & Convention Centre is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support our culinary team by maintaining a clean, protected, and well-organised kitchen setting. You will work with chefs to ensure mise en place and assist during service, with availability for evening shifts.

This role emphasizes food safety, hygiene and WHS standards, plus teamwork and explicit communication in a fast-paced resort setting. A valid driver's licence and flexibility to rotate rosters are required.
