Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant Family Law
Lamrocks Solicitors has looked after the Nepean and Blue Mountains community for over 140 years, and today we're one of the leading firms in Penrith. We're looking for a Legal Secretary to join our Family Law team in our Penrith office– a close-knit, supportive group who take real pride in the standard of service we provide to our clients.

The role
Reporting to a Director and supporting two other solicitors, you'll play a central part in keeping the team running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing legal documents and general correspondence




Managing diaries and coordinating meetings for solicitors
Liaising with clients, courts and other qualified services
File management, filing and general administrative duties
Providing reception cover on an as-needed basis
About you
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
At least 12 months' legal secretarial experience (family law experience a plus)
A warm, skilled manner with clients, many of whom are going through a difficult time
Robust document and diary-management skills, with a keen eye for detail
The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
