Talenza is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Operations Engineer on a 4-week contract based in Sydney, with hybrid work options. The role focuses on hands-on improvement of reliability, monitoring and observability across on‐premises and Azure settings.

Ideal candidates will audit, uplift monitoring, implement practical fixes, and work with stakeholders to ensure critical systems are well supported. Robust RCA and independent delivery are required.
