Job Description
Medibank is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Consultant at our Pacific Fair, Broadbeach store in Queensland. This full time hybrid role involves helping customers choose health cover, supporting them across in-store, phone, online, and community channels, and building trusted relationships.

You may also work at Helensvale kiosk. Shifts include a rotating roster Monday to Friday with some Saturdays, and after-hours from home. No health insurance experience required; training provided.
