Job Description
Sonnell Hospitality is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for The Australian Hotel & Brewery in Sydney. This is a full time role supporting the Venue Manager, leading shifts, upholding service standards, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The position offers a salary of $85,000 plus Super, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for hires starting October or November , plus ongoing leadership development across Sonnel venues.
