Cloudberry Early Learning - Mernda is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader to take the helm of our new 98 placements centre as a Centre Director or Educator Leader.

n

We are a Montessori-inspired centre. Experience with the Montessori philosophy will be highly regarded but is not essential.

n

Key Responsibilities;

- Bring- Oversee the setup, from designing learning spaces to selecting resources that foster creativity and development.
n
- Build a Dream Team - Recruit, mentor, and lead a passionate group of educators, shaping a culture of collaboration and excellence.
n
- Run a Smooth Operation - Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe, high-quality environment.
n
- Create Exceptional Learning Programs - Work alongside an Educational Leader to implement engaging, play-based learning experiences.
n
- Engage Families - Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates and fostering a sense of community.
n




- Manage Resources & Budgets - Oversee financial planning to ensure sustainability while investing in high-quality educational tools.

What We're Looking For;

n

n
- Experience - At least 5 years in early childhood education, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
n
- Qualifications - A Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
n
- Leadership - A strong, hands-on leader who can inspire, support, and guide a diverse team.
n
- Organizational Skills - Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of care and education.
n
- Passion for Early Learning - A commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for every child.
n
- Regulatory Expertise - Strong knowledge of childcare policies, regulations, and best practices.
n
- Australian Work Rights - Must have current Australian work rights as visa sponsorship is not available.
n
- Working with Children Check - Must hold a current Working with Children Check.
