About the role

n

InOne Healthcare (InOne Imaging) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist – Imaging. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing a seamless front-of-house experience within a supportive and growing healthcare team.

n

You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations across our imaging services.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments in line with clinical requirements
n
- Process imaging referrals and maintain accurate, confidential patient records
n
- Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
n
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
n
- Provide clear preparation instructions for imaging procedures
n
- Support billing processes, including Medicare and private payments
n
- Liaise with radiologists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
n
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations,



privacy standards, and clinic procedures
n

About You

n

- Passion for providing high-quality patient care and customer service
n
- Previous experience as a receptionist / admin within the radiology industry
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Prioritizing tasks effectively
n
- Understanding of healthcare compliance, NDIS, or aged care (desirable)
n

- Full working rights in Australia

- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- COVID-19 vaccination (as required)
