Technical Field Engineer (Baseline Security Clearance)

We are seeking a Sr Tech Field Engineer to join our team and provide expert onsite technical support to large and complex client environments across Australia. Key responsibilities

n

As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' systems and infrastructure operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Installing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software solutions at client sites
n
- Performing server and storage break‐fix support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
n
- Managing onsite service activities from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
n
- Conducting installations, upgrades, and system maintenance in customer environments
n
- Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise to resolve complex technical challenges
n
- Providing technical guidance and support to fellow engineers and team members
n




- Identifying recurring issues and recommending process and service improvements
n
- Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and service records
n
- Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery and communication
n

n

You will be successful in this role if you have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years of hands‐on experience in Field Engineering, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support, or a related technical role
n
- Experience with hardware maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and customer‐facing technical support
n
- Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills
n
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader technical team
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Technical certification or Associate Degree preferred
n
