As a Conveyor Belt Technician/Belt Splicer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing conveyor systems for our diverse range of industrial clients.

What you'll be doing

- Inspect, diagnose and repair conveyor belt systems
n
- Perform belt splicing and joining tasks using specialised techniques and equipment
n
- Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyor belts and components
n
- Provide technical expertise and advice to customers regarding conveyor belt selection, installation and operation
n
- Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken
n
- Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all relevant safety standards

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Conveyor Belt Technician or Belt Splicer, ideally within the Trades & Services industry
n
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of conveyor belt systems, including splicing, maintenance and repair
n
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
n
- Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and provide technical guidance
n
- Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
n
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
