About the team

n

PlantOperators (Multiskilled) have the prospect to work on anextensive range of job sites, from major construction tooperational jobs, providing an opportunity to experience the variedworks Council has to offer.

n

TheLogistics Operations team provides a range of heavy vehicles, plantand equipment for internal wet or dry hire to the internal areas ofCouncil.

n

What we offer

- Two permanentfull-time positions available across the ToowoombaRegion, primarily operating Truck and Dog, as well asLoaders.
n
- Ourprimary depot locations include Charlton, Pittsworth and CrowsNest.
n
- $35.54per hour, with a base gross rate of $2,701.33perfortnight.
n
- 17.5%annual leave loading and up to 12.65%superannuation.
n
- Earn arange of variable allowances (on-call, overtime, constructionallowance, wet weather).
n
- 6.00amto 3.00pm,Monday to Friday.
n

About you

Holdthemandatory qualifications,training and experience, as outlined below:

- Current HeavyCombination 'HC' Class Driver's Licence.
n
- WHS Competency(White Card) for CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely inthe construction industry, or equivalent, or awillingness to obtain prior tocommencement.
n
- SWNELP - SafeWork Near Electrical Live Parts (if not held, to beobtained within three (3) months ofcommencement).
n
- TLIF0009 -Ensure the safety of transport activities (Chain ofResponsibility) (if not held, to be obtained withinthree (3) months of commencement).

- CurrentMulti-Combination "MC" Class Driver'sLicence.
n
- WHSCertificate of Competency or VOC for 'LL' Front-endLoader (>2L engine capacity) or RII Competency (orequivalent).
