Pipelaying Labourers | Townsville Area| Immediate Starts

Mass Resources is currently seeking experienced Pipelaying Labourers for ongoing civil construction projects located in Townsville and surrounding areas.

n

About the Role

n

Working as part of established civil construction crews, your duties may include:

n

n
- Supporting excavation, drainage, roadworks, concreting and site-preparation activities
n
- Assisting with trenching, backfilling and underground services
n
- Assisting pipelayers, plant operators and other civil trades
n
- Using hand and power tools as required
n
- Installing temporary barriers, signage and site controls
n
- Spotting and assisting around mobile plant
n
- Maintaining tools, equipment and surrounding work areas in a clean and safe condition
n
- Following SWMS, traffic-management plans and all project safety procedures
n
- Maintaining a protected and productive work environment
n

To be Successful You Will Have

n

n
- Previous pipelaying and/or Civil Construciton experience working on civil construction projects
n
- Construction White Card
n




- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n
- Experience using hand and power tools
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work
n
- Ability to pass a basic pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
n
- Australian work rights suitable for ongoing, long-term employment
n

- $22.41 travel allowance per day worked

- Monday to Saturday roster

- Up to 10-hour days, weather permitting
